Who is Josepha?
In 2004, together with Ralph Scheffer, Josepha Guillaume set up Equihof, the first bitless and 'against animal testing' Tack Shop in the world!
Equihof has made an international name for herself! Next to running Equihof, Josepha is an international horse trainer who teaches in her own system called Natural Academic Riding Art. For her system she designed her own Tack line which can be viewed and bought at Equihof.
In the same philosophy she designed a dog harness.
Josepha’s line has been featured in several Dutch and Flemish horse magazines.

The past of our Equitation traditions lie in war and military and it was created thus, to function best during war on horseback. Excellent knowledge and craftsmanship is the legacy this era has left us.

Today however, war and military have no meaning in the life of the companion horse.

Therefore military traditions do not fit ‘the leisure time horse owner’ any more.

Today, horse owners around the world are looking for ways to have fun with their horses and above all, keep them happy and healthy!

The ‘By Josepha’ Tack line is designed with respect for the knowledge and craftsmanship of the past combined with the needs of horses and horse owners from today!

The By Josepha Line is handcrafted in Spain. We choose leather treated with vegetable oil for a skin and environment friendly result.
